Hello to you,
my roomy moved back to germany and my erasmustime will be over soon, so we search someone to rent our flat. The fee is 450 per month and a deposit of 900 Euro (you'll get it back after)
For a couple or 2 friends (225 Euro then each) the flat is a dream. It has 2 living/bedrooms with all furnuture needed, one kitchen (also all you need is inside) and a bathroom with tube.
The veterinary University is 10 min to walk, the bus 2, the Metro 12, the supermarket in 10 minutes walk (little shop for forgotten things across the street (: )
The landlady is very nice, speaks good german (i think some english, too... but sure she has some english speaking niece).
The contract is for minumum 1 year (starting 1.September to 31.of august. But as you see, it is ok to search for roomies earlier).
