Tenemos una compañera de piso que dejara la habitación a finales de este mes porque se va a su país. Así que la habitación estaría disponible para comenzar el mes de Marzo.
El piso esta ubicado en el paseo de Extremadura 159, es la entreplanta pero como el piso da a la calle de atrás vendría siendo algo mas alto que una primera planta.
El piso esta bien comunicado, en el portal tenemos autobuses 33,39,65 y 31 que van al centro en unos 10 min. El 36 va hasta atocha y tarda un poco mas. Ademas esta la linea 6 del metro Alto de Extremadura que esta a dos estaciones de Principe Pio y 4 de Moncloa.
De todos modos lo puedes ver en el google map poniendo paseo de Extremadura 159.
Con respecto al piso tiene agua caliente y calefacción de gas natural, teléfono fijo, ADSL Wifi. La habitación una cama individual, mesa de noche, armario, pequeña estantería.

This is it, the creme de la creme, you can stop looking and stop tearing your hair out because this 6 bedroom apartment has it all! We took a dilapidated, rundown apartment that predates the Spanish civil war and brought it back to it’s former glory and then some. We ripped out the floors, tore down the walls, pulled the plumbing and yanked out all of the old wiring. But that’s not the best part, the best part is that each room has it’s own private balcony overlooking the street, except for room 6 (Duquesa Sunrise) which has it’s own private bathroom. Now apart from that, all of the rooms are huge in comparison to what you typically get in Madrid, most of the rooms have their own sitting areas where you can relax and enjoy a book or comfortably pick out what you want to wear. Also each room has a specific stencilled mural: Room 1 has a Puerta de Alcala stencil, room 2 has a stencilled portrait of the Duchess of Alba, room 3 has a Kill Bill inspired stencil which we call Señorita Kiddo, room 4 has a 4 Faced Lestat stencil, room 5 has a Salvador Dali on fire and finally room 6 has is stencilled after the Duchess of sunrise. The common area has a great space with a stencilled mural of the Puerta de Alcala, two very comfy couches, center table and a restored old fashioned stove that serves as a TV table. Each tenant has their own locked and private cabinet to store their food, a fridge, electric stove and everything else you may need during your stay. There are 3 bathrooms 1 private in room 6 (Duquesa Sunrise) and two others for general use. Essentially this apartment speaks for itself, take advantage of being one of the first people to live in this stunning flat, located in the very popular Chamberi area, only a 10 minute walk to Moncloa and a 6 minute metro ride to the center.

It is obvious that we do not live in a perfect World, but this apartment sure does come close. The flat is located in a building that dates back to 1800. Its interior has been completely renovated, yet retains some of the original features such as the beautiful stone tiles, the balcony, interior patio and wooden beams. There are two bedrooms, one large living room with an open kitchen, one indoor patio and one bathroom with shower. The apartment is 85 m2 and is on the first floor (no lift – 20 steps up!).

The flat is also a stone’s throw away from Estacio de Francia train station. Las Ramblas and the centre of the city are a pleasant 10 minute (pedestrianized) walk away.
